  • Won’t You Join Us?

"Whoever you are, wherever you are on life's journey, you are welcome here!"

Our purpose includes "worshiping God, preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ, celebrating the sacraments of Baptism and the Lord’s Supper, striving for justice and peace, and desiring Christian fellowship and unity within our church and the Church Universal. We seek to know the will of God as taught in the Holy Scriptures, and in our purpose to walk in the ways of the Lord, made known and to be made known to us." (Church Constitution & By-laws)

We have about 500 members. We are very democratic and autonomous in our polity, and we look to Jesus Christ as the head of the church.

We encourage all members to practice the six "marks of discipleship": 1) Daily prayer, 2) Weekly Worship, 3) Study of the Scriptures, 4) Giving (Time, Talent, & Treasure), 5) Serving (in and beyond the church), and 6) Being in a small group to nurture spiritual growth.

As we state in our worship bulletin, we believe that all the members are "ministers." We each have a primary "arena" of ministry; for some it might be in the church (as for us pastors); for others, that primary arena of ministry will be the home, the workplace, or the wider community.

If you are looking for a church home, we invite you to come visit us on a Sunday morning at 10 o'clock.
