Who We Are

Rev. Bowles has a diverse ministry background. David and his wife, Ruth, have three children -  Esperanza, Maya and Carlos.

Roxanne has been a long-time member of FCC. She supports and coordinates the programs of FCC including the Sunday school. Roxanne enjoys expressing her creativity through preparing supplies and activities for the children’s lessons. Roxanne and her husband, Kurt, have two sons Nicholas & Jonathan.

Brianna and her husband, Braden, and their daughter, Gabriella, live close to the church. She works in the FCC office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday mornings providing accounting support, maintaining FCC data and providing clerical assistance to the church staff. 

Carra-Lyn has been Director of Music since 2017. In addition to her role as director of the church choir and handbell choir, she is an instrumental music educator at local elementary schools. She and her husband, Branden Mueller, have four children.

Nancy loves kids, especially teenagers! She has been with our youth program for years. After earning a B.A. in Communications from UW-Madison, her first job was as a youth director. She and her husband, John, have two grown children - Drew and Grace.

Carrie and her husband, Scott, have three children: Mason, Nolan and Holly. Carrie has a Masters in Counseling and has worked with young parents in assisting with childhood development skills.

Bill has been on staff as organist and choir accompanist at FCC since 2007. He also accompanies students for festivals, recitals, auditions & sings with the Lakeshore Chorale. He & his wife Jean have a son and daughter-in-law, Brandon and Ashley, and a daughter Brianna.

Joelle has an extensive background in social media marketing and website maintenance. She received her BA in Mass Communications & Journalism from the University of Georgia.

Oscar has a background in electrical engineering and property management. He is overseeing custodial/housekeeping staff and will be responsible for long-term maintenance planning. If there is any facility related question or concerns please contact Oscar.

Kristin Casper is a dedicated and passionate educator with over a decade of experience in the field of music education. She holds a Bachelor of Music from St. Norbert College and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from UW-Milwaukee.

She is a certified childcare teacher and Master Naturalist. She spent 3 years learning with children of all ages as an Environmental Educator. Her passion for nature and play-based learning recognizes the role outdoor play and exploration have on the development of children.

Jocelyn is a vibrant and enthusiastic certified childcare teacher with a year of experience in early childhood education. She specializes in bilingual education & takes great pride in crafting innovative resources that empower bilingual learners and celebrate language diversity.

Desiree is currently a student in the Early Childhood Program at LTC and is a substitute teacher with the Sheboygan Area School District.  Her passion for working with children and families began when she was working at a local childcare center and saw the need for caring and dedicated teachers.

She is a certified childcare teacher. She’s excited to explore, create and grow alongside your children, building strong meaningful connections through play, art and hands on learning. Paytan lives in Kohler with her husband William and their two children June (7) and Franklin (4). 

Manni is an eccentric teacher who loves to bring color, art and creativity to the classroom. She loves to watch and assist growing minds, giving children a space that encourages them to create freely and gain confidence in themselves. Manni lives in Sheboygan with her husband, three children, and an assortment of animals.

Brenda and her husband, Manvel, have four children: Mateo, Samara, Donna and Efrain. She and her family love going to the beach, library, and being outside.  Brenda works at FCC three days a week, cleaning the lounge, sanctuary, restrooms, kitchen and hallways. 

Paul has lived in Sheboygan for 13 years. He has a BA in Fine Arts from The San Francisco Art Institute. When not tending to the church building and grounds, Paul draws inspiration for his paintings from the beauty of nature and long walks along Lake Michigan. 

Charlotte is a CPA and has enjoyed doing the accounting for FCC for the past 13 years.  Other activities she enjoys include gardening, learning Spanish, spending time with her little sister in the Big Brothers and Big Sisters program, and working part-time during tax season.
